Full Program Announced: Canada After Dark 2026

Uniting a global nightlife braintrust, Canada After Dark is a two-day nightlife summit presented by the City of Ottawa Nightlife Office, the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition (OMIC) and the National Arts Centre (NAC).
Returning to the NAC Fourth Stage on October 7 and 8, 2026 as part of Capital Music Week (CMxW), Canada After Dark features panelists from across Canada, as well as international experts from Austin, Barcelona, New York City, Paris and Toulouse.

This year’s offsite programming includes:
- A book talk at FONO with Cadence Weapon, author of Ways of Listening and winner of the 2021 Polaris Prize
- A stargazing event at the NAC produced by Lightbahn and the Ottawa chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada
- A Canada After Dark Ontario Music Cities Boat Cruise
